This is a Portuguese fortified wine produced in northern Portugal and only products from Portugal are allowed to be labelled 'Port'. There are several styles of port, from Ruby which is the most extensively produced style of Port to Vintage which is aged for 2 and a half years before bottled and left to age for between a further 10-40 years until it's considered to be of a proper drinking age'.
