This is the 2021 edition of Springbank 18. Matured in a combination of 50% sherry and 50% bourbon casks. Maple syrup notes, liquorice, and hints of smoke. All the complexity you would want from this excellent distillery. A creamy, velvety finish with a salty note. Wood shavings, burnt embers and milk chocolate round off this malt.
