Smeatons is a faithful recreation of a hand-written 1870s recipe discovered in the historic Bristol archives of Smeaton Road. Crafted according to the original Bristol method, eight botanicals- juniper, angelica, calamus, cinnamon, coriander, liquorice, orange and orris are distilled separately when it's fresh, then blended together for this final gin.
