Regal Rogue Daring Dry Vermouth

Regal Rogue Daring Dry Vermouth is led by savoury and light salty notes creating an umami finish. Marrying a grassy Orange, New South Wales Australia Organic Sauvignon Blanc with native Anise Myrtle, Quandong and Native Thyme followed by white pepper, gentian, olive leaf and juniper. This gives an earthy, salty and very herbaceous character.

Cocktail Option: DRIPPING WET MARTINI Regal Rogue Daring Dry with M&F Ironbridge Dry Gin to create a well-rounded Martin, olives optional OR a twist of red grapefruit peel.
