NV Reserve Brut, Champagne Telmont

Champagne Telmont is a relatively new provider of Champagne. They are very much about sustainability with 72% of their land being either organic or in conversion and the goal is to have 100% of the land certified by 2021. They are also being very transparent in their labeling which gives good clarity.

Marked by honeysuckle and a hint of vanilla on the nose, with an elegant foam. Baked fruits are plentiful, as is plum and spice. The mid palate gives way to nuances of tropical fruit and a brisk mineral finish.

Grape Varieties: Pinot Noir - 20%, Pinot Meunier - 37%, Chardonnay - 43%
