This subtly sweet tipple really is rather special. Made with gooseberries grown locally to us, outside Cambridge, it’s a cracking little digestif served over ice, subtly sweet with good fruit notes. 50p from each bottle is donated to help preserve the nation’s dwindling hedgehog population.
