A 12 year maturation period begins in an American white oak ex-bourbon cask. It is then finished for 3 years in 3 different sherry woods - Amoroso, Apostoles and Matusalem oloroso. A robust, yet elegant spirit. with mandarin and raisin aromas and a gingery spicy palate with coffee & citrus flavours.
