Quaffable, dark-hued Côtes du Rhône from the sunny southern part of the valley, packed with red fruit, especially raspberries and with a floral nose that ends in a refreshing wash of eucalpytus.

A blend with 60% of traditional wine making process with 13 days of fermentation around 26-26°c. 20% of fruit undergoes carbonic maceration and 20% of Thermo flash wine making. Food matching, this wine will accompany your buffet dinner, It will also beautiful with red grilled meats.
