Bodegas Pisuerga’s singular aim is to produce exquisite, classically styled Verdejo from organically certified vineyards in and around their winery in La Seca, at the very heart of Rueda. Certified organic farming, the plots have a green cover, and the use of bio-organic fertilisers, cover crop, bio-stimulants and phyto-regulators are used to make the plants stronger against possible diseases.

A beautifully balanced and easy drinking Verdejo, with ripe lemon and delicate tropical fruit on both the nose and the palate. Harmonious, refreshing with a herbal twist of fennel on the finish. Verdejo’s vibrant, refreshing style makes it a great aperitif but also perfect with Mexican food, such as fish tacos or chicken enchiladas.
