Made from 100% Pinot Gris grapes, which are hand-picked and carefully selected before being matured in French oak barrels for a period of 5 months, the wine boasts a unique bouquet of pear, honey, and spiced apple. On the palate, it is smooth and silky, with flavors of dried apricots, baked apples, and a touch of vanilla. The finish is clean, crisp, and refreshing, with a subtle citrusy undertone that lingers long after the last sip.
