The 2021 release has been matured in a combination of ex-bourbon casks and ex-sherry casks, creating aromas of damp earth, sea salt, black pepper and pineapple that fill the nose. The palate offers notes of vanilla, fudge and salted caramel with honeycomb lingering in the finish. This new batch does not come with a box.
