Salopian Third Perspective

A brand new beer and style for Salopian – Cold IPA. Fermented at a lower temperature using lager yeast and a trio of British hops – Harlequin, Olicana and the new experimental hop CF302 to deliver delicate notes of citrus, grapefruit, pine and passionfruit. It’s a clean, crisp and crushable yet delightfully hopped IPA.

Please note: Third Perspective serves with a slight haze as it is unfiltered and unfined.
