This variety thrives on our red sandy soils, and makes up 27% or our 5 acre Shropshire vineyard. Our Pinot Noir Précoce grapes (an early ripening relative of Pinot Noir) were crush destemmed and spent 2 hours on skins to extract the beautiful pink colour. The ideal summer sipper, this wine is full of lush strawberry and cherry notes, rounded off with an herbaceous hint.

This wine recently gained a Bronze award at the Independent English Wine Awards (IEWA)

Grape Varieties: Solaris, Pinot Noir Précoce and Seyval Blanc.
