Pokeno Discovery Single Malt

A New Zealand single malt from Pokeno distillery in the Waikato region, Discovery is made with locally-grown barley matured in a combination of first-fill bourbon, oloroso and Pedro Ximenez casks, creating a rich and complex whisky. The palate brings notes of dark chocolate, Black Forest Gateau, ripe cherries and sweet citrus, before a smooth, indulgent finish with lingering notes of baking spices and dried fruit.
