The Hearach Release 2 Batch 11

After a successful first release, the Isle of Harris Distillery presents their 11th batch of ‘The Hearach’. The recipe uses spirit matured in ex-bourbon casks, oloroso and fino butts. On the nose, there’s toffee and caramel, like old school ‘Werther’s Original’ sweets. Experience pepper, spice and green apple freshness on the palate as you sip away. A lingering smoke stays around on the finish but the flavours are ever changing within the glass.
