Carlos I Pedro Ximenez Sherry Cask Brandy

Carlos create long-aged traditional brandies from Spain’s Jerez region, most famous for its fortified wine. This was matured in ex-Pedro Ximenez sherry casks and has an intense mahogany hue and rich aromas of dried sultanas, toasted cocoa nibs and fig on the nose. This leads to notes of raisin and hints of oak spice on the palate.
