Lindores - The Cask of Lindores Bourbon

This lastest edition highlights the bourbon casks used by this historic distillery. This single malt has been aged in Old Forrester Bourbon casks. On the nose it gives mellow fruity, red apples and pears combined with sweet vanilla, butterscotch and custard with citrus touches. On the palate this wonderful whisky provides vanilla mixed with orchard fruits like green cooking apples, citric pith with a hint of bitterness covered with oaky woody notes and spicy peppery touches.
