Nikka Yoichi Single Malt

A single malt from Yoichi, Nikka's first distillery built in 1934 in Hokkaido due to its similar environmental conditions to Scotland. Direct coal-fired distillation and sea breeze exposure during maturation has produced a pleasantly peaty and subtly briny single malt.
