Presented in a fabulous copper flask, real Squid Ink is used in this Cornish Gin.  Vanilla was added to the base of the recipe to give a well-rounded mouthfeel and perceived sweetness, coupled with sea buckthorn for a tart, fresh fruit finish. Dr Squid pours black but turns vivid pink when tonic is added.
